Distances

The Distance from the N-terminal amino acid Ca atom, C-terminal amino acid Ca atom and center of the protein mass point, is calculated from any given amino acid starting from its Ca atom.

Placing the cursor above this element: pop-up area will show the position (sequence number and AA three letter code) for selected amino acid and the numerical values for Distances (from the N-terminal amino acid, from the C-terminal amino acid and from the center of mass for this particular chain) for this amino acid.
Left mouse click: no action
Right mouse click: on any of the "Distances" will generate following menu and actions:

A) STING it : This option generates structural presentation with color coding of the amino acids corresponding to the "Distance" color coding. Amino acids are presented in CPK rendering.



B) STING it : This option generates structural presentation with color coding of the amino acids corresponding to the "Distance" color coding. Amino acids are presented in CPK rendering.



C) STING it : This option generates structural presentation with color coding of the amino acids corresponding to the "Distance" color coding. Amino acids are presented in CPK rendering.
