What Is New about STING

  MSA-STING with multiple structure graphics presentation as well as with capacity to perform and display Multiple Sequence Alignments (MSA), is being developed!
  
  HORNET, an important step in STING development, is now in test phase; This package will offer to users Hyd ROgen bond NETs analysis in yet not-seen clarity and graphics details!
  
  
• Downloading STING:
  
  STING is now available for local instalation. The user of locally installed STING, will be able to read local PDB format files (such as own model structure). In addition, the user will avoid network delays, which can occur when using our STING installed on public web sites.
  All details about downloading STING are now available.
  
  
• Known bugs: This space will be filled as we learn more from users! As of now, we have noticed that STING scripts are sometimes failing to execute if more than one Chime window is opened! Please use only one application with CHIME running; this will make sure that all STING features do execute properly.
